Job Description

Location: Paris or London

As Head of EMP International Programs, you will:

Responsibilities:

1. Define & Execute Believe's International EMP Programs Strategy:

   - Align EMP International Priorities & Programs with our global strategy.

   - Monitor, measure, and enhance the effectiveness of EMP International Programs.

   - Contribute to global intelligence on international audience development.

2. Support and Execute EMP Campaigns for Audience Development:

   - Proactively represent artist priorities for optimal partnerships with retail partners, including marketing campaigns, editorial coverage, and content co-creation.

   - Innovatively enhance Artists' and Labels' visibility on digital platforms with local teams.

   - Coordinate Retail Partner pitches and international release campaigns with Editorial & Marketing Partnerships teams in all operating countries.

   - Provide actionable guidance for aligning goals and ensuring successful international marketing initiatives.

3. Retail Partner Development Around Artists and Music:

   - Foster strong relationships with key contacts at digital service providers to ensure seamless collaboration.

   - Maintain an in-depth understanding of Retail Partner promotion opportunities for international priorities, tailoring pitches to services and territories.

4. Reporting and Market Intelligence:

   - Track essential data during campaigns for audience development optimization.

   - Oversee performance metrics, key performance indicators, and post-campaign analysis.

   - Compile and distribute weekly campaign reports.

   - Create detailed and insightful case studies.

5. Team Management:

   - Manage and nurture an EMP International team actively working on project priorities, directly reporting to this role.

   - Communicate clearly to ensure global EMP teams are fully aligned and active on international priorities.

Qualifications

- Capable of developing and executing long-term international EMP strategies aligning with company goals.

- Prior experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with international retail partners.

- Proficient in negotiating win-win partnerships with stakeholders.

- Excellent communication skills for conveying artist priorities and campaign strategies to retail partners and internal teams.

- Successful execution of international marketing campaigns with a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies.

- Creative problem-solving skills to adapt to evolving industry trends.

- Proficient in data analysis for campaign performance tracking and optimization.

- Understanding of international music markets and cultural nuances.

- Proven experience in project management for international marketing initiatives.

- Leadership skills to inspire and lead EMP teams to achieve program goals.

- Experience managing teams and ensuring alignment with international priorities.

- Minimum of 6 years’ music industry experience, with the last 2 in a managerial position preferred.

- Proven track record of working effectively in a matrix environment with different business units and competing priorities.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, music management, or related field preferred.

- Relevant certifications or training in music industry management and marketing a plus.

- Excellent written and oral English skills (C2 level) required; knowledge of multiple languages advantageous for international collaborations.
