We are looking for great people who want to take this journey with us!&nbsp;<a class="external-link" href="https://vimeo.com/652202630/3ae8c047b6" target="_blank">Get a sneak peek into life at ADESA!</a></p> <p><strong>Role and Team</strong></p> <p>This position is responsible for pick up and delivery of customer vehicles (using a 2 car rollback, wrecker, etc.) and reports to the Operations Manager or designated manager as part of the Transportation/Logistics team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver customer vehicles</li> <li>Load and unload customer vehicles</li> <li>Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver Qualification Policy.&nbsp; Consistent, and safe driving is crucial for this role.</li> <li>Complete condition reports and complete paperwork related to the pick up and delivery of the vehicle</li> <li>Communicate with customers to verify vehicle information and condition of vehicles</li> <li>Maintain good flow of communication with all team members and practice good teamwork</li> <li>Inspect the wrecker or rollback to ensure the vehicle maintains good maintenance and safe driving conditions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School or GED required</li> <li>Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years</li> <li>Must be able to drive vehicles with either standard or automatic transmissions</li> <li>Must have Tow Endorsement</li> <li>Must have a current DOT Medical Card
