CONTEXT
We are searching for a dynamic communication professional for a short-term assignment within our team.
The Group Internal Communication Project Manager, will play a key role in supporting the internal communications efforts for both Richemont's Corporate Functions and its Maisons & Partnerships, transversally across the team. This is a unique, shared role, requiring strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively serve the needs of both areas. This position offers the opportunity to gain a comprehensive view of the entire Richemont organisation, from its corporate operations to the activities of its prestigious Maisons. The role will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing communication projects, and ensuring consistent messaging across all internal channels.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Project Management:
- Manage internal communication projects from concept to completion, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Develop project timelines and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to gather information and ensure alignment.
- End-to-end management of staff sales communication globally
- Content Creation & Editing:
- Research, write, edit, proofread, and produce high-quality communications materials (articles, announcements, presentations, etc.) for various internal channels, including the intranet, Viva Engage, and email.
- Adapt content to suit different audiences and communication objectives.
- Ensure all communications are aligned with Richemont's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Coordinate translations into multiple languages as per project needs
- Work with mixed media, including but not limited to video, in order to communicate effectively.
- Create communications toolkits, in order to ensure messages are delivered consistently globally by our local teams.
- Intranet & Digital Channels Management:
- Manage and update content on the Richemont intranet and other digital communication platforms.
- Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and easy to find.
- Monitor website analytics and identify areas for improvement.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives.
- Prepare reports on key metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support for Internal Communications Initiatives:
- Assist with the development and execution of communication plans for Group-level news, transformation initiatives, policies, and key events related to Corporate Functions.
- Assist with the development and execution of communication plans to highlight the activities, heritage, and news from the Maisons and Foundations.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
- Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with native English fluency.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
- Additional languages (French, German, Italian) are a plus.
