Knowledge & Skills

• Extensive expertise in change management, communication and strategic consulting.'
• Ability to navigate complex, dynamic environments and manage conflicting priorities.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills at all levels, including executive.
• Proficiency in organizational change frameworks, communication methodologies and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Education & Experience

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree; 8–10+ years in change management, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience; 6+ years leading or coaching others.
•  Preferred: Advanced degree; experience in large, complex organizations delivering strategic outcomes.
•  Familiarity with the financial services industry or a similarly regulated, complex environment is highly desirable.

Leadership Competencies

• Strategic thinking and execution.
• Problem-solving and decision-making within broad guidelines.
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to create business plans and contribute to sub-function/divisional strategy.

**Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026,  candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.**  "
