<p>Job Title: HCM Analyst - Workday</p> <p>Key Skills: Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits Module</p> <p>Experience: 6-9 years</p> <p>Location Hermosillo</p> <p>Mode: In Person</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We at Coforge are hiring Position (21612) with the following skill set.</p> <p>The HCM Analyst III - Workday position acts as a subject matter expert in the Workday HCM system,&nbsp;providing operational support and enhancements across various modules, including Core HCM,&nbsp;Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits with exposure to Talent, Time Tracking, Absence and Advanced&nbsp;Compensation modules. This role involves managing support, new development, and enhancements to&nbsp;existing HCM processes. The candidate will also oversee the JIRA ticketing process, ensuring efficient&nbsp;queue management for all process-related issues.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide day-to-day operational support for Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits modules.</li> <li>Work on enhancements, new developments, and quarterly roadmap items.</li> <li>Learn additional modules, if not already proficient, and provide operational support for other modules such as Advanced Compensation, Performance, Absence, Time Tracking and Talent.</li> <li>Collaborate with business users to understand new report requirements and develop/enhance reports.</li> <li>Oversee Workday R1 and R2 release management, including reviewing release summaries, preparing documentation for user presentations, and supporting release testing and approval activities.</li> <li>Manage Workday Security, oversee the approval process, and participate in quarterly and annual audit procedures.</li> <li>Follow the SDLC cycle for new enhancements/new developments, preparing all necessary documents for audit purposes.</li> <li>Collaborate with the managed service provider and software vendor on issues and tickets, work with business partners to document processes, and actively participate in testing and the production deployment process.</li> <li>Work with the audit team and prepare needed HCM documentation for SOX audits.</li> <li>Lead system configuration, conduct internal unit testing/QA, prepare user reference guides, and support users during UAT.</li> <li>Identify new Workday features, functionality, and enhancement solutions, evaluating their impact on downstream systems.</li> <li>Research solutions and propose process improvements through the Workday Community.</li> <li>Offer guidance to other Workday analysts in configuration and solutioning activities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong><br><br></p&
