<p>As a Senior PXBP for Mimacom Germany (a MFG Company), you're not just a business partner; you're the guardian of the people experience, wielding your skills to champion our team's growth and success. You’ll work directly with the Global VP People & Organisation, as well as the Management Team of Mimacom Germany. <br/> </p><p>What You'll Do:</p><p>This is a dual role. Approximately 60% of the time, you will lead the "People Experience" department as a business partner and take care of all matters concerning our employees, while the remaining 40% you will support the management in their projects and work. Here's an overview of what you'll be doing:</p><p><br/>PEOPLE EXPERIENCE (approx. 60% of your time)</p><p>1. Strategic PX:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with our MFG leaders to align PX initiatives with our ambitious business goals.</li><li>Dream up and execute PX strategies and processes to retain, and develop the best talent in the market.</li><li>Lead the charge in organizational effectiveness and change management</li><li>Promote our corporate values and help shaping a positive culture</li><li>Planning of resource requirements in close cooperation with management and the internal recruiting team</li><li>Assisting executives with the annual budgeting and promotion process</li><li>Work on global PX projects in cooperation other PX leaders of thr group.</li></ul><p></p><p>2. Employee Relations:</p><ul><li>Become the go-to person for managers and employees alike, offering sage advice and guidance on all things PX along the whole "Employee Life Cycle"..</li><li>Tackle employee relations challenges with grace, wisdom, and a touch of humor.</li><li>Foster a culture of openness, trust, and camaraderie for all of the organisation.</li><li>Support the Teamleaders and managemnt in devoling and managing their teams</li></ul><p></p><p>3. PX Operations</p><ul><li>Transform all policies into executable plans and departmental procedures.</li><li>Leade annual processes such as performance evaluation, salary planning, etc. </li><li>Analyse and assess salary structures and administer employee benefits.</li><li>Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.</li><li>Support employee development via traning programs and career planing </li><li>Manage internal communication to the employees</li><li>Support employer branding initiatives and activities.</li><li>Actively support the monthly payroll process together with external providers and our finance team.</li><li>Support the Management team in the controll of people related costs and keep a high chargeability of our consultants. </li></ul><p> </p><p>4. Compliance and Risk Management Adventures:</p><ul><li>Guide the management team around legal and regulatory landscapes. </li><li>Stay vigilant against PX-related risks and challenges, protecting our team with your expert knowledge and foresight.</li><li>Monitoring and controlling the implementation of ISO HR-Core processes (TQMi; incl. external Audits).</li></ul><p></p><p>Management Support (approx. 40% of your time)</p><ul><li>Supporting management in day-to-day organizational operations</li><li>Preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up of management and strategy meetings</li><li>Project responsibility and independent execution of local projects</li><li>Close collaboration with our Legal Department to ensure compliance with legal regulations</li></ul><p></p><p>What You'll Need:</p><p>We are seeking a natural talent in communication, collaboration, and leadership. Beyond that, you’ll succeed in this role if you’ve got the following qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).</li><li>5+ years of daring HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior business partner or similar generalist role.</li><li>Solid knowledge of HR principles, labor law, and regulations.</li><li>Familiar with payroll processes and deeper understanding of the interface between finance and HR.</li><li>The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic tech environment and navigate uncharted territories with confidence.</li><li>Bonus points for experience in HRIS (ideally Workday). </li><li>Good sense of humor (take your job seriously, but yourself – not too much!)</li></ul><p></p><p>What to Expect:</p><p>Your personal and professional growth is important to us, and we offer a range of benefits and opportunities to support your journey.
