Overview
The Senior Learning Business Partner will develop, and sustain, an integrated performance management strategy. This position will be an integral part in the design, delivery and assessment of a cohesive, end-to-end performance and development program that is focused on delivering cost-effective, performance/leadership solutions that decreases time to proficiency by applying the 70/20/10 model of learning. This position is in our Denver, CO or NY office.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships (trusted partner) with business stakeholders, to allow seamless alignment of the performance management strategy to Oak View Group’s KPIs.
- Assist in the management of the performance program and help facilitate the development of Oak View Group stakeholders.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the performance management program (qualitative + quantitative) and identify areas of opportunity, based on measurement of outcomes, feedback sources and observations.
- Synthesize and evaluate data inputs and correlate with analysis results to accurately identify the root-cause of performance issues and to determine the appropriate solution ( includes observable/measurable objectives).
- Employ effective communication strategies (presentations + metrics) to help influence leaders and stakeholders to help drive positive change management and operational efficiencies.
- Facilitate stakeholder development via in-person and online learning opportunities (training, coaching, Teams, etc.).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and On-boarding to ensure a World-Class employee experience, from initial point of contact through career-development, to help drive employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Design and delivery of new-hire orientation for the on-boarding process (objective-based).
- Develop competency models of Oak View Group roles.
- Support additional Talent Management initiatives (as needed).

Qualifications

- Proficient in Articulate 365 or other elearning authoring tool
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, business, instructional design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5-10 years’ experience in designing/delivering performance solutions (including leadership training), coaching and/or consulting in a corporate environment.
- 5-10 years’ experience supporting a talent function within a human resources department.
