Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development of our Sales Core greenfield application. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team, influence architectural decisions, and build a critical application from the ground up that will significantly impact our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust full stack solutions for the Sales Core application.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver high-quality features.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring the long-term maintainability and scalability of the application.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of the Sales Core application.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our technical stack.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in full stack software development, with a strong emphasis on both front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Proven experience leading a team of engineers and delivering complex software projects.
  • Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React).
  • Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., .NET, Node.js, Python, Go).
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience building greenfield applications.
  • Familiarity with sales-related software or CRM systems.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
