The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Experienced or Senior Financial Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join the team in Renton or Everett, Washington.

This job role will work directly with our Supply Chain fulfillment leadership team and 737 program based out of Renton, WA. The role will be responsible for integrating inputs across multiple areas of the business to drive financial performance with multiple, executive business partners. Partnering with our team across all of Boeing Commercial Airplane Supply Chain, the individual with help with strategic investment planning, warehousing and other projects as required.

Position Responsibilities:

• Initiates assignments and leads integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts or programs

• Develops performance reports

• Initiates assignments and leads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to executive leadership

• Makes recommendations to executive leadership on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience

• Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost opportunities and risks

• Leads development of financial analysis using appropriate indices, financial and business partner data

• Provides subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root cause and recommend solutions

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or related role

• 3+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities

• Work experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

• Experience presenting and communication data in Senior Leadership briefings

• Experience with PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5+ year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

• Experience with Finance Integration

• Strong presentation skills to Senior and Executive Management

• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, time management, and workload prioritization skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range for Experienced (Level 3): $85,000 - $115,000

Summary Pay Range for Senior (Level 4): $106,250 - $143,750
