Senior Product ManagerWhat does a successful Senior Product Manager do at Fiserv?
You will own and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including ideation, requirements definition, prioritization, delivery, commercialization, and post-launch optimization. You will serve as the product owner for the Commerce Hub Gateway, driving enhancements to improve transaction processing, settlement accuracy, performance, and overall client experience.
What you'll do:
- Drive product features related to payment authorization, clearing, settlement, funding, and reconciliation across multiple payment rails. Own requirements for batch file processing, including ingestion, validation, transformation, enrichment, and delivery of settlement, funding, and reconciliation files.
- Lead cross-functional delivery efforts across engineering, QA, operations, risk, compliance, and client-facing teams to ensure on-time and high-quality releases.
- Ensure product support for file-based and API-driven integrations, including SFTP, APIs, and event-driven workflows.
- Lead issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle, including problem identification, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication.
- Create, maintain and review product documentation, technical specifications, and API definitions for publication in Developer portal.
- Establish and maintain a deep understanding of customer, merchant, and partner needs, incorporating feedback into product strategy. Act as a key liaison and negotiator between internal teams and external clients to resolve product and integration issues.
Experience you'll need to have:
- High School graduate/GED
- 5 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Operations within a payment or fintech environment.
- 5 years of payments-related experience, preferably with gateways, processors, or PSPs.
- 2 years of technical writing experience, including API specifications and developer-facing documentation.
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Product strategy and lifecycle management
- Technical solution development
- Matrixed and fast-paced environments
- Managing competing priorities in a regulated industry
Experience that would be great to have:
- Bachelor's Degree
How you’ll work:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Salary Range
$100,000.00 - $165,600.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
