About the Role:  The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the oversight and maintenance of shipping and receiving, inventory, and maintenance of the warehouse area.  With this facility supporting both office and laboratory operations, this key position works closely with cross functional teams to deliver on Foresight’s business objective to provide real time patient testing with efficiency and quality. This is a full-time position working standard business hours, but may require the flexibility to work diverse schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position reports to the Director of Laboratory Support Operations.

What You Will Bring:

  • A high school diploma.

  • 2+ years experience in warehouse activities

  • Experience with inventory software.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Physical stamina.

  • The ability to be a team player.

  • Previous life science experience a plus

What You Will Do:

  • Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.

  • Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.

  • Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.

  • Organizing and maintaining the warehouse space.

  • Preparing orders for shipment, ensuring shipments go out on time..

  • Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.

  • Operating stock management tools; for example, a pallet jack.

  • Assist with inventory software implementation

  • Counting stock and keeping inventory records.

  • Support compliance with regulatory bodies and local requirements, including documentation and record keeping 

  • Manage and adhere to SOPs related to the facilities

  • Other duties as assigned

This role is offering pay rate between $22.60-$32.69 per hour, generous equity, along with medical, dental and vision benefits. You will be working on interesting problems with extremely high impact.
