As a part of the High Purity Quartz Operations, the Mining Production Supervisor role will empower you to supervise, optimize and continuously improve the production activities in the site by considering the local regulations, rules, permits, and the agreed cost budget.

Your Impact in This Role

As a Mining Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Supervise the production activities in the mining site and ensure the activities are performed in a safe and healthy way.

• Ensure activities are performed according to the production schedule by aligning with the production scheduler and, if needed, with the production manager/operations manager when problems arise and/or the production schedule cannot be met.

• Strive to obtain the optimal balance between customer demands and specifications in relation to quality, quantity, efficiency, and cost.

• Motivate and evaluate the team members to enhance team collaboration and support their individual development and growth.

What You Bring to the Table

• Previous experience operating within a mining, mineral processing or similar work environment is preferred.

• Experience with leading people and teams is preferred.

• Fluency in the local language and written and spoken English.

Salary

Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
