In this position, you will play an instrumental role within the sales organization collaborating in a fast paced and creative environment that works with our Fine Fragrance team. Responsible for providing internal and client-based project support in our New York office. You will oversee and manage key processes from project inception through to completion. Exposure to a cross-functional team for the North America Regional Fine Fragrance Division, ensuring good communication flows while receiving a unique perspective into the fragrance industry.

Your key responsibilities
- Input action reports with all project details upon receipt of client brief
- Develop timelines and milestones for initiatives and projects and monitor their completion.
- Assure high quality output of data, documentation, and information (internal and for clients)
- Manage all client sampling and final submissions.
- Various administrative tasks: labeling, packing, shipping, letter prep, meeting prep, catering prep
- Continuously monitor tools and systems for fit to purpose, suggest, and assist in design of improvements.
Position level and Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, and training. This position is also eligible for benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $62,500-$80,000

You bring
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years administrative experience (Preferred)
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, SAP preferred, but not required.
- Creative thinking
- Oral & written communication skills
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced working environment.
