What you'll do...

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Badge and Credentialing Specialist to support our team.

• As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing and verifying badge credentialing, supporting emergency situations, issuing badges, monitoring badge use, and completing work assignments.

• You will be the first point of contact for associates and non-associates seeking badges and will be responsible for ensuring proper request forms have been completed and submitted according to policy and clearances requested.
• You will also be responsible for providing up-to-date information regarding badge status and facility access to management, and explaining badge denial, credentialing issues, or concerns to requestors.
• Additionally, you will identify opportunities for improvement and recommend procedure or process changes to management.
• We are looking for a candidate who is able to adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback, and who complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
