Job Description

The Production Lead is responsible for achieving Monogram Foods' mission by working in any of the production/packaging rooms as directed and complying with all food handling, safety, and regulatory policies.

Special duties or assignments may be assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Punctual and good attendance.
Good communication, math, reading, and writing skills.
Able to complete Quality, Safety training
Able to work at a fast pace, repetitive and work in an environment
Ability to work in a team environment and a diverse workforce.
Must be flexible and able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Quality, safety minded, reliable, precise and self-motivated.
Production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred


Physical Requirements:

 


Skills: Basic math, strong organization, and independent problem-solving.
Physical: Ability to stand on concrete, walk/stand 100% of the shift, and lift 50 lbs.
Environment: Capable of working alone in ambient temperatures and pushing/pulling up to 400 lbs.

Employees must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for employment at Monogram Foods.
