Job Description
We are currently looking for a seasoned Senior Data Engineer, Customer Data Platform (CDP) to join our growing team! As part of our Marketing technology team, you will have an extensive experience implementing customer data platforms. You will have advanced technical knowledge of customer data platform concepts including but not limited to schema design, data ingestion, identity matching, unified profile creations and marketing use case implementation. You will become a SME and a functional expert in the area, and you will have relevant and extensive experience in ETL/ELT, data loads, schemas.
As a Senior Data Engineer, Customer Data Platform (CDP), your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Create Schematic data layers to support CDP use cases
- Define and create multiple identify resolution techniques
- Interface with Data warehouse team in identifying, sourcing, validation of data from multiple source systems
- Create and optimize the SQL queries in building a unified profile
- Define and build data models/ERP diagrams
- Work on rapid Proof of Concept (POCs), agile and prototype environments
- Become SME/expert in the CDP
Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience, plus at least 2+ years of experience implementing a CDP
- Strong SQL technical knowledge
- Analytical background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as team player and interface with cross-functional teams
BONUS POINTS FOR:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), ActionIQ or any other CDP platforms
- Exposure with GCP and Biq Query
- Experience with a telecom provider
- CDP certification
