Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Review estimates and Statements of Work
  • Review high level cost assumptions and analysis of spend data
  • Internal forecast update/tracking
  • Reconciliation of forecast to staff plan
  • Corporate Rolling Forecast updates and manage with internal teams
  • Client forecast updates, as needed
  • Review monthly client accruals, as needed
  • Review client budget reporting; monthly and as needed
  • Ongoing review of overall budgets
  • Weekly/bi-weekly budget reconciliation meeting management
  • Approval of vendor POs
  • Adds strategic contribution beyond the account’s tactics
  • Participates in client planning process
  • Work with Team Leads to design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures across brands
  • Establish policies to be followed across brand
  • Oversee our brand’s ongoing operations and procedures; responsible for the efficiency of business
  • Risk Management (both internal and external)
  • Secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth
  • Participate in expansion activities (investments, new business, etc.)
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors
  • Provides direction, management and leadership to business management team
  • Owns enterprise financial strategies and execution of key accounts
  • Maintains strong client relationships
  • Cross-functional leader
  • Visible leader of high-profile corporate initiatives
  • Reviews key team SOWs to ensure accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and develop mid to senior level producer talent
  • Continuously learning technology.  Strong understanding of today’s digital technologies
  • Reviews all projects across account to determine resource and skill requirements; drives resource allocation management; ensures the right resources are cast to the need

Qualifications

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7-10 years of progressive growth within a professional environment
  • Runs large teams; manages both business managers and project managers

Requirements

  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning
  • Understanding of data analysis
  • Understanding of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Exceptional planning, coordination, management, and communication skills are required
  • Experience with risk management, change management, communications management preferred

Additional Information

Compensation Range:  $121,000 - $204,500 annually.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
