Scope
Upon joining the StreamLabs team as a Customer Service Team Member, you become part of an organizaiton that believes in service exellence. You be part of an exciting, high paced team frequently communicating with customers to walk them through our processes as well as serving as the focal point of communication between customer and other service providers. You will be using various methods of communications phone, email, and text messaging to get in contact with business referrals. You will be trained on the systems we use, general insurance knowledge, general plumbing knowledge and coached through proper verbal communicaions.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound business referrals
- Contact customers in a timely manner
- Input sales orders
- Track shipments and input data into the company system
- Respond to customer service requests when necessary
- Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods and raw materials
- High school diploma or GED certificate; associate degree preferred
- Sales experience via phone calls
- Ability to organize multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiar with Internet of Things (IoT) technologies
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Ability to speak clearly, articulately, and grammatically correctly
- Experience with Microsoft office 365
- Excellent written skills
Skills
- Familiarity with ZenDesk
- Homeowners Insurance experience
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Enjoy fast paced environment
- Experience with smart phone-based apps
