Development Engineer Security Embedded Software (m/f/d)

Your job:        

• Design, implementation and verification of security requirements in the environment of the embedded software platform for electric drive systems
• Collaboration in the creation of a security software architecture Security by Design from specification to implementation
• Collaboration in the PSIRT environment and coordination with cross-divisional security experts
• Creation of detailed designs and coding in C++
• Supporting platform development over the entire life cycle

 

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of technical computer science comparable qualification
• Experience with automation technologies and good knowledge of C++, object-oriented programming, embedded platforms and real-time operating systems, UML, software engineering
• Sound knowledge of cyber security in terms of security protocols (TLS), encryption (e.g. AES, RSA), key management such as PKI, BYOE
• Ideally knowledge of real-time communication protocols (e.g. EtherCat, ETHERNET/IP, PROFINET, OPC UA TSN) and network protocols such as Ethernet, UDP, TCP/IP
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident command of common MS Office tools User knowledge and tools for requirements management and revision management
• High level of organizational skills, self-discipline and ability to work independently
