General Description:
The Manager of Global Supply Chain Capabilities (GSCC) is responsible for the maintenance of supply chain master data across all regions at BeiGene. This role includes deploying, auditing, analyzing, and other activities pertaining to the master data management of our products spanning across clinical and commercial supply chains.
The Manager of GSCC requires strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge, familiarity with systems / data / reporting solution architecture & supports model best practices, experience with SAP ERP systems and Master Data Management (MDM), and competency with sustaining compliance of GxP systems and processes. Strong cross-cultural awareness and communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain master data in all systems related to product master data across its lifecycle. (i.e., SAP, IBP, etc.)
- Deploy/Support Supply Chain Strategic Roadmap in the development and maintenance for systems, data, reporting, process optimization, and related change management activities.
- Work with stakeholders (IT & Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.) on implementing policies for data requirements and standards.
- Support implementation of master data governance model.
- Support and/or lead master data-relevant projects and initiatives.
- Implementation of master data business processes and system design solutions for both Clinical and Commercial Supply Chain groups.
- Support training materials development, to ensuring robust business knowledge sustainment model and effective training for internal & external end users.
- Ensure systems/data and supporting documentation are compliant with all Regulatory requirements, including 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 13 as well as in accordance with BeiGene’s SOPs and processes.
- Ensure appropriate system access and functionality across all functions and countries at BeiGene user locations while taking into consideration GxP, ICFR, and other regulatory compliance related factors.

Education Required:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or similar education required.
5+ years of experience in supply chain management, SAP master data management, information technology, or relevant fields.
