Billing Accountant

IT Concepts is currently seeking a skilled Billing Accountant to join our team in the Information Technology and Services industry. As one of the fastest-growing companies in our field, we pride ourselves on our dedicated team of experts who consistently deliver award-winning services to our clients. As our Billing Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and dynamic team, supporting the billing process and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions. You will apply your critical thinking skills to resolve billing disputes and review invoices, while also maintaining accurate and timely records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all billing transactions.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes.
• Review invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding billing inquiries and issues.
• Develop and maintain billing processes and procedures.
• Assist in financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing processes.
  

Location: Hybrid (Remote/Vienna,VA)

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in billing or accounting.
• Experience working with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience with Unanet accounts receivable.
