Job Description
The EVERSANA “Account Executive” is responsible for executing a territory business plan to maximize territory sales within the assigned geography for our client Renalytix. The Account Executive will be providing value by engaging and educating healthcare professionals on approved indications, clinical evidence, and product accuracy/efficacy to support the use of our client’s products(s). The Account Executives are expected to possess a high knowledge level of their product(s), customer, and territory.
Our client, Renalytix, is an in-vitro diagnostics and laboratory services company that is the global founder and leader in the new field of bioprognosis™ for kidney health. The leadership team, with a combined 200+ years of healthcare and in-vitro diagnostic experience, has designed its KidneyIntelX laboratory developed test to enable risk assessment for rapid progressive decline in kidney function in adult patients with T2D and early CKD (stages 1-3). We believe that by understanding how disease will progress, patients and providers can take action early to improve outcomes and reduce overall health system costs.
As an Account Executive, you will:
- Use the strategic selling process to determine priorities, develop territory growth plans, and build account strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with a wide variety of customers including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, lab personnel, and administrative staff. This requires a high degree of ability to adapt relationship style and personal approach to suit the audience.
- Create and execute business plans to meet and exceed sales objectives, while focusing on existing customer retainment, sales growth, and new account and customer acquisition.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track account sales, identify incremental growth opportunities, support marketing programs, and track key metrics to monitor success.
- Ensure pull-through by leading and managing account activity from inception to completion.
- Work with and effectively leverage market access, medical affairs, client services, health systems partnership and other company departments to help achieve business goals and customer success.
- Represent Renalytix at conferences, local society meetings, and conventions, as necessary.
- Keep informed and educated on competitive offerings, new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers and co-workers.
- Work independently, prioritizing multiple objectives and tasks in a rapidly changing environment while delivering quality outcomes.
- Synthesize data from a range of formal and informal sources to understand the evolving and dynamic local care system, leveraging available tools and resources such as Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, and available research to make data-driven decisions on account potential and opportunities to focus effort.
- Track activities and submit reports accurately and on-time.

Qualifications
Hiring Criteria/Requirements:
- 5+ years of successful diagnostics, laboratory services, or other life science sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or similar field.
- Proven, documented track record of delivering consistent, “top-tier” sales results.
- Proven track record building territories from ground zero or previous product launch experience pref
