Team and Role
This is role is on the Spark Team in EX, focusing on narrative communication design and creative product storytelling. At ServiceNow, we make great products that help people do great work… But the journey doesn’t end when the making is done. People need to hear about what we made! We help ServiceNow leaders tell clear, compelling stories about our products, our capabilities, and the people we empower. And we help our talented colleagues unlock and articulate their own passion for the work they do and the difference they make in the world.
How do we do that?
- We create, enhance, and produce big presentations in key forums, with a consistently high bar for craft, quality and creativity.
- We actualize the ServiceNow story through immersive experiences, demos, and other hands-on aspirational activities.
- We empower people to tell better stories, feel better about their storytelling, and shine a light on the great work they deliver through workshops, templates, and coaching.
What you get to do in this role:
- Serve as a Lead Communication Designer for product executives and other company leaders.
- Create presentation materials and other collateral for external events, internal events, customer briefings, executive forums, product strategy, community building, and much more.
- Work directly with the Global Head of Product Experience and other Experience leaders to communicate product vision, strategy, and impact through a range of methods (including presentations, product demos, videos, and other mediums).
- Partner with practitioners in the Experience team to document ongoing product evolution and showcase the most innovative work from across the 720-person group.
- Enable colleagues and stakeholders to grow their communication design skills by leading workshops, crits, and coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with Spark team colleagues to raise the bar for quality and clarity for all comms design outputs.
- As needed, manage outside vendors and partners to execute on key projects.
