What you'll be contributing
- Coordinate and participate in ISO 9001/AS 9100 certification body audits of our quality management system in conjunction with external auditors during on-site recertification and surveillance audits. Trench & Metals maintains a multiple site certification structure which includes multiple operational facilities.
- Works collaboratively with the extended quality and plant teams to lead the achievement and implementation of certifications and required changes and improvements to the business.
- Coordinate and participate in customer audits of our quality management system and special processes in conjunction with customer technical representatives and/or auditors during on-site visits.
- Partners with the plant teams and is present on-site at the location for extended periods.
- Establishes, maintains, and improves work standards, practices, and tools for the efficient delivery, thoroughness, and quality of ISO certification management.
- Identifies potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action.
- Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings.
- Promotes and follows all aspects of project safety and environmental compliance guidelines and participates in safety meetings.
- Assess and adjust project progress, productivity, and performance to identify areas for improvement and continuity of construction progress.
- Supports training of new and existing employees.

Requirements
- Ability to read, write and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.
- Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Engineering, chemistry, natural sciences, business administration, or closely related field.
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience in manufacturing facility with specific exposure to plant management responsibilities.
