We're opening something special on the Seattle skyline, and we're looking for a passionate, people-first General Manager to help bring it to life. With less than five rooftop destinations in Seattle, this is a rare opportunity to be a part of a growing food and beverage program in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. What You'll Do:
Operations
Oversee daily restaurant and event operations, including front- and back-of-house areas.
Manage budgets, labor, inventory, and P&L performance to maximize profitability and service quality.
Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and liquor regulations.
Maintain accurate POS and financial reporting; oversee cash control and reconciliation procedures.
Monitor facility and equipment maintenance standards.
Lead daily briefings, meetings, and communications with management and service teams.
Support implementation of corporate and local marketing initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus, wine list, and service standards.
Oversee and execute all training and coordinating documents.
Ensure consistent execution of service, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
Communicate operational updates and key information to the Corporate Director of Food & Beverage.
Customer Service
Ensure prompt, efficient, and courteous service that aligns with brand standards.
