Job Title: Bilingual Store Manager

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have wireless experience or sales management experience and be fluent in both English and Spanish. As a Bilingual Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling

- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers

- Train and develop sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals

- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish

- Previous wireless experience or sales management experience required

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to motivate and develop a team

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to analyze sales reports and identify trends

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
