Description
The Director of Undergraduate Admissions plays a critical role in helping Keuka College achieve its enrollment targets and advance its mission. The Director is the senior-most member of the enrollment management team who works exclusively with on-campus undergraduate students and, as such, participates in all aspects of the admissions and strategic enrollment planning process for undergraduate students. The Director assists with the organization and execution of a multi-channel communications plan, coordinates personalized prospect pool follow-up, and spearheads special projects. The Director will also review all recruitment regions data, analyze recruitment and enrollment trends, and propose and set goals for every territory to meet aggressive institutional enrollment and revenue goals.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Leads the undergraduate admissions team in attracting, recruiting, and enrolling new undergraduate students seeking educational opportunities delivered on campus.
- Leads the development of partnerships with community organizations, high schools, and select community colleges.
- Lead research on higher education trends and patterns and develop strategic initiatives. Work closely with the Vice President for Enrollment Management & Marketing to develop, coordinate, and implement new tactics and strategies related to recruitment and communication plans.
- Create and manage the annual undergraduate admissions enrollment budget.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with admissions-specific vendors.
- Consistently demonstrate high standards of integrity by supporting the Keuka College mission, vision and values and adhering to institutional policies.
- Partner with the Office of Marketing and Communications to develop data-informed marketing, advertising, and outreach plans.
- Collaborate with campus key stakeholders to devise and implement new processes and systems for undergraduate student recruitment, yield, and enrollment.
- Support the Visitor Experience & Events Manager with the development and content behind all admissions events.
- Lead the overall success of the undergraduate admissions team, and specifically, supervise the Associate Director(s), Visit Experience & Events Manager, as well as the Receptionist.
Essential Employee Designation:
This position has been designated as essential at Keuka College. This means that, in the event of significant incidents or major events, you may be required to be on-site or take a leadership role in supporting your respective area to ensure our operations continue smoothly.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Some evening and weekend hours are required.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; master’s degree preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required at the time employment commences.
- A reliable and insured personal vehicle.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and evenings.
- Excellent planning, interpersonal, writing, and public speaking skills.

- Strong computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience working with Slate, Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, Hubspot, or a similar customer relationship management or caseload management system.
- At least four years professional experience managing a caseload in positions such as admissions, sales, social work, account management, fundraising, talent acquisition, coaching, business development, etc.
