Senior Full-Stack Developer

We’re a close-knit, ambitious team of 35+, driven by a mission to make the world a better place by providing affordable, environmentally sustainable AI compute for training and deploying machine learning models at scale.<br/><br/>We are looking for a talented Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. You will work on our AI cloud product, contributing to both front-end and back-end development. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our technology stack, while collaborating with a world-class team of senior software and machine learning engineers.<br/><br/><ul><li>Develop and enhance new features and components for our cloud dashboard.</li><li>Contribute to both front-end and back-end development, delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.</li><li>Participate in improving the deployment workflows and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Work closely with SRE engineers and data center team to build APIs for fast and robust resource provisioning.</li><li>Pay close attention to information security principles, and use them to drive engineering decisions.</li><li>Communicate with customers for troubleshooting and support.</li></ul><ul><li>At least 8 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.</li><li>Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.</li><li>Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, state-management libraries, component and styling libraries, and responsive UI design.</li><li>Proficiency in working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and designing scalable data models.</li><li>Proficiency in testing frameworks and setting up testing suites for both front-end and back-end components.</li><li>Familiarity with Kubernetes and DevOps practices is a plus.</li><li>Interest/passion for AI and ML is a strong plus.</li></ul><ul><li>Company equity - you’re in this with us!</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits, including health insurance, lunch benefit, annual budget to spend as you wish (i.e. sport, transport, wellness, culture)</li><li>Flexible work environment</li><li>Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI</li><li>Growth in a mission-driven company</li></ul>
