We are seeking a reliable and proactive Customer Support Assistant to join our client services team. This position plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing efficient, professional support and resolving customer inquiries with care and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing systems

• Resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

• Assist in developing support documentation and FAQs

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery

• Track customer feedback and suggest process improvements

• Ensure follow-up and satisfaction after support is provided

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

• Previous experience in customer support or administrative assistance

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
