Job Description:
As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems for both commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in HVAC installation and a proven track record of quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HVAC installation projects for commercial and residential customers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications to determine project requirements.
• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling systems.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure installations are functioning correctly.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety regulations.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, including both commercial and residential projects.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoors.
