We are looking for a highly effective Senior NetSuite Consultant with expertise in Advanced Projects and Advanced Revenue Management modules to join our team full-time. You will utilize the best practices and methodologies to assist with implementing valuable business solutions for our clients. You will work extensively with internal teams, clients, and vendors throughout the project, providing application configuration, and support and deployment assistance. This hire must have strong written and oral communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Advanced Projects and Advanced Revenue Management modules. You will be the key person responsible for implementing these specialized modules.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete assigned project tasks to ensure on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality requirements.
• Applies standardized and consistent project delivery methodology across all projects assigned.
• Identify and raise critical risks/issues to project leadership.
• Understand and manage scope as well as communicate scope as needed with client.
• Lead client sessions including walkthroughs and training.
• Perform assessment of existing NetSuite solutions, recognize opportunity for optimization and provide associated recommendations.
• Draft key project deliverables utilizing templates from standard methodology.
• Assist with gathering client requirements and documenting functional specifications.
• Understand and configure various modules within NetSuite.
• Consult with clients regarding the NetSuite solution. Advanced Projects Configuration: Configure and optimize project billing rules, milestone-based billing schedules and workflows for effective project management. Ensure accurate tracking of projects costs, resources, and timelines.
• Advanced Revenue Management (ARM): Implement and support revenue recognition solutions, ensuring compliance with standards such as ASC606. Manage complex revenue arrangements, automate revenue allocation, and streamline revenue forecasting. 
• Perform data migration tasks from legacy to current business solutions
• Perform system testing and issue resolution support
• Create financial statements using NetSuite or other financial reporting tools
• Troubleshoot and support NetSuite applications
• Provide project status updates to project manager on a regular basis
• Receptive to mentoring

Qualifications

• Three to five years working with NetSuite or similar ERP product in an implementation support capacity preferred
