We foster diversity and inclusion by building on our strong corporate culture.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>In order to deploy <strong>our new SAP systems</strong> in all our Business Areas and / or subsidiaries, the SAP Project Team is looking for an <strong>Accounting </strong>Trainee to join our Roll out teams.</p><p>What is So! One Program? It is <strong>Somfy Group’s transformation program</strong> aiming at deploying one model for operational excellence, implementing harmonized business processes based on a new IT platform (with SAP solutions).</p><p>What is a Roll-out Team? <strong>It is a team of business specialists deploying the Group’s new processes and new ERP in all entities, making the link between local teams and SAP Implementation core project team</strong>. Roll-outs started in 2021. 4 roll-out teams are supporting the ambitious and dense roll-out plan.</p><p><strong>Inside your area of expertise, you will participate to the following missions :</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Fit analysis and local design: (50% on site)</strong><ul><li>On his functional scope (Accounting), contribute to the fit analysis by explaining the core model to the local teams, with the support of the Roll-out Team Member “Record-to-Report”</li><li>Collect, challenge and qualify potential gaps between the requirements and the core model</li><li>Collect and qualify the change impacts of not doing the gaps to feed the arbitration process</li></ul></li><li><strong>Build and integration test (realization): (15% on site)</strong><ul><li>Supports local Key Users (BA, BU) to provide necessary business inputs to set up the solution</li><li>Contribute to the integration testing with the support of the central staff</li><li>Train Local KU (Business process and tools)</li><li>Supports local Key Users to perform Data Migration</li></ul></li><li><strong>UAT and go-live preparation: (30% on site)</strong><ul><li>Supports local Key Users (BA, BU) and the central staff to adapt the core testing kit to prepare the User Acceptance tests</li><li>Support Local Key Users (BA, BU) within the UAT with the support of the central staff</li><li>Contribute to the preparation of the data migration</li><li>Contribute to the cutover plan execution</li><li>Support local Key Users to perform Process and Tools training execution</li></ul></li><li><strong>Hypercare (support): (75% on site)</strong><ul><li>Support Local teams the first weeks after the go-live</li><li>Contribute to the incidents management, to Core Central Staff</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>Experience within Accounting field</strong></li><li><strong>Excel</strong></li><li>Communication skills</li><li>Internationally Mobile</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Contract : </strong>internship (6 months)<br/> <strong>Location</strong> : Cluses<br/> Business trips to the USA, Poland or the Netherlands</p><p> </p><p>The protection of our candidates’ personal data is a commitment of Somfy Group.
