There will be ample opportunities provided for skill upgradation to accelerate your professional and personal development.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Writing and reviewing great-quality code</li><li>Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and being able to convert them into a technical design that elegantly meets the requirements</li><li>Mapping decisions with requirements and being able to translate the same to developers</li><li>Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements</li><li>Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation</li><li>Frequently required to conceive ideas and prepare quick pre-development prototypes for internal review and to assess the technical feasibility of the use cases</li><li>Writing and reviewing design documents explaining the overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers</li><li>Fully responsible for developing Web-based UI applications using the defined technology stack</li><li>Fully responsible for the design and implementation of software based on defined architecture</li><li>Partially responsible for doing requirement engineering, preparing user stories, deriving use cases, and subsequently product requirements</li><li>Required to work well in a team and regularly interface with global teams on technical topics</li><li>Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensuring that all relevant best practices are followed</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Languages – TypeScript/ Frameworks and libraries - Angular 10</li><li>Above 8 years of experience in design and development and exposure working with multi-site global teams</li><li><strong>Must-Have: </strong><ul><li>UI development technologies: Angular10 and above, JS, HTML, CSS – Advanced</li><li>Object Oriented thinking – Advanced</li><li>Design principles and patterns – Advanced</li><li>Software development processes/methodologies – Advanced</li><li>Analytical Object Oriented thinking and Problem-Solving Skills – Advanced</li><li>Presentation Skills – Basic</li></ul></li><li>Good to Have:<strong> </strong>Microservices architecture/ Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS)/ Testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma protractor</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills in different disparate technologies and environments</li><li>Enthusiastic about different areas of work and exploring new technologies</li><li>Clarity of thought and strong communication skills to effectively pitch solutions</li><li>Ability to explore and grasp new technologies</li><li>Mentoring your team members in projects and helping them keep up with new technologies</li><li>Empowering the team members to be solution providers and enable a flat environment where everyone’s point of view is considered and feedback is encouraged.</li></ul>
