We’re looking for a Part-Time Operations Intern to help keep our shop running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work directly with our Operations team on hands-on projects that support everything from organizing production areas to researching suppliers and materials.

What You'll Do:
- Assist with shop organization tasks such as labeling, counting inventory, tool audits, and workstation setup.
- Support freezer inventory and organization for prepreg materials, helping maintain traceability and cleanliness standards.
- Conduct miscellaneous procurement and vendor research.
- Help track and restock essential materials and consumables across production areas.
- Support documentation and light data entry related to operations and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Facilities teams to identify small process improvements that save time or improve flow.
- Jump in wherever needed to keep things moving quickly and efficiently.
Who You Are:

- A student or recent grad studying Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable in a hands-on shop environment (light lifting, standing/walking).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Curious about manufacturing technology and continuous improvement.
- Proficient with Google Sheets / Excel and basic research tasks.
- Available to work 10-20 hours per week on-site in Huntington Beach.
