Prairie Band Tribal Government is seeking a forward-thinking, hands-on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead HR modernization, workforce planning, and long-term HR strategy. The HRBP will partner with executive leadership, finance, IT, and operations to ensure HR functions scale efficiently, supporting business growth, technology adoption, and workforce analytics. • Strategic HR Business Partnering - Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, integrating HR strategy with business performance metrics.
• Leadership Development & Succession Planning - Build internal talent pipelines and create leadership coaching programs to sustain long-term workforce success.

• Optimize HR for Scalability - Build systems, policies, and processes that grow with the organization.
• Lead HR Digital Transformation - Work closely with IT to enhance HR technology and automation for long-term efficiency.
• Develop & Coach Leaders - Build leadership capability across all levels of the organization by coaching managers, supervisors, and emerging HR leaders on modern workforce strategies.
• Ensure HR Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management - Oversee tribal, federal, and state employment law compliance while advising leadership on HR risk mitigation strategies.
• Leverage AI & Workforce Analytics - Use HR data, trends, and AI-driven insights to shape strategic business decisions.
• Manage HR Projects & Change Initiatives - Lead initiatives that position HR as a key driver of organizational success.

Education & Certification Requirements

Required (Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields or equivalent experience):

• Human Resources - Traditional HR background, strong policy & compliance focus
• Business Administration - Strong in strategic planning, leadership, and financial understanding
• Information Systems (HRIS, Data Analytics, or related field) - Essential for HR modernization, data-driven decision-making
• Organizational Development - Focuses on talent strategy, change management, leadership development
