Position Summary
Provides administrative support to one or more Directors or Executives.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
A reasonable salary range is:
- Minimum Base Salary (Bay Area) $75,000.00
- Mid Base Salary (Bay Area) $94,000.00
- Maximum Base Salary (Bay Area) $113,000.00
- Minimum Base Salary (California) $71,000.00
- Mid Base Salary (California) $89,000.00
- Maximum Base Salary (California) $107,000.00
Responsibilities
- Calendaring, Scheduling & Meeting Logistics: Prioritize and manage the calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure all logistics are in place.
- Coordinate Travel & Events: Manage all travel and event-related logistics, including itineraries and conference facilities.
- Backup Other Administrative Assistants: Provide support and backup to other Executive Assistants as required.
- Create Presentations & Reports: Assemble, proofread, and modify presentations and reports, ensuring high-quality documentation.
- Written & Oral Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and format written communications, and maintain professionalism in all verbal interactions.
- Prepare Invoices, Purchase Orders, Expense Reports: Assist with financial documents and monitor budget and expenses.
- Office Supplies & Equipment Ordering: Maintain inventory and manage procurement to optimize costs.
- HR, Safety, Compliance Training: Handle administrative tasks related to safety and compliance, including training and emergency preparedness.
- Audit/Monitor for Adherence to Corporate Travel Guidelines: Ensure travel arrangements comply with safety guidelines and policies.
- HR & Administrative Tasks: Support HR-related administrative tasks, from time reporting to organization changes and onboarding new employees.
- Refer/Delegate/Track Questions, Actions & Issues: Manage inquiries and actions efficiently, ensuring team coordination and support.
- Documentation, Records Management & Filing: Maintain accurate and efficient documentation and records management.
- Monitor & Track Staff Participation: Ensure compliance with required training and actions, contributing to the overall reliability of the team.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- 3 years of Administrative Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
