The Enterprise Application Services team is key in analyzing problems and providing information/solutions to our customers. Our team is a customer advocate willing to listen, find creative solutions to address, and resolve customers' questions, issues, or concerns.

As our Associate Enterprise Application Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the operation and management of IT solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will help in the design, implementation, and maintenance of processes geared towards improving Information Technology systems integration, management, and operations. As an Associate Enterprise Application Analyst, you will answer and triage incoming requests, monitor the Information Technology systems, research, and develop new IT solutions, configure new & existing applications to Abarca set standards in collaboration with necessary teams, and provide support and consultation to the operations and technical staff as needed.

The fundamentals for the job…

  • Provide support on current Enterprise applications.
  • Work with business users to define/analyze problems and align the most suitable technical, application, or configuration solution.
  • Consult with business users to determine the viability of new application.
  • Recommend solutions to improve performance and quality of services, suggest changes, provide training, and define processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Aid the Enterprise Application Development team in providing research and documentation to support all current applications.
  • Serve as an interface between business and technology helping to guide best practices with application procurement.
  • Create, maintain, and build documentation related to daily operations and processes.
  • Understand the business implications of technical solutions and assist in defining and documenting the technology solutions for any future business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal Information Technology & stakeholders to understand and communicate feature roadmaps to enhance the support operation for our customers.
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement through keeping up to date on the latest technology and tools.
  • Aid management in gathering resources and documentation the team needs to successfully complete OKR’s.
  • Liaison between business needs and technology, interfacing with vendor technical support teams to gather resources and drive processes.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

What you’re made of

The bold requirements…

  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related field. (In lieu of a degree, equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.)
  • 1+ years of experience in Information Technology Operations, Technical Support, or related technology field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Ticketing Tool Administration.
  • Experience reading and understanding technical writing and application configuration documentation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • We are proud to offer a flexible hybrid work model which will require certain on-site workdays (Puerto Rico Location Only).
  • This position requires availability for on-call hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to promptly address emergent issues or provide necessary support as dictated by operational demands.
  • This position requires availability to work in a specified time zone, accommodating the business needs of our clients and team members based in the determined time zone.
