Client Solutions Delivery Manager

We are excited to bring on a Client Solutions Delivery Manager to help lead and drive software implementations with assigned client groups driving overall customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Leads and directs tasks, resources, and overall project plans for enterprise software implementations with large vertical clients

• Responsible for leading the planning, design, development, quality assurance, configuration assistance, application training, problem resolution and second level support to new and existing external clients 

• Leads delivery aspects of external client management, in conjunction with the sales team and internal management – conducts regular communications and maintains individual working relationships with customer personnel at both the leadership and working levels

• Provide post-production support by means of hardening support processes, plus effective metrics tracking and analysis.

• Ensure a constant high level of customer service is maintained.

What experience you need

• Hands on experience delivering software solutions.

• SQL database experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer facing/consulting role.

• Project/program management experience of multiple large customer projects in parallel.

• Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to analyze problems and determine solutions.

• Skilled at delivering technology-based solutions.
