What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to lead the development and execution of our webinar strategy. This is a critical role that will play a pivotal part in driving pipeline growth and accelerating revenue. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for webinars and story-telling, and a proven track record of success in driving impactful demand generation campaigns.

Develop and execute a comprehensive webinar strategy:

  • Define webinar goals and objectives aligned with overall revenue and pipeline targets.
  • Identify target audiences and develop compelling webinar topics that resonate with their needs and pain points.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize webinar impact.

Plan and produce high-quality webinars:

  • Develop engaging webinar content, including presentations, scripts, and supporting materials.
  • Manage the logistics of webinars, including platform selection, scheduling, and registration.
  • Identify and secure high-profile speakers and industry experts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to ensure smooth execution.

Drive webinar promotion and attendance:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote webinars across various channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising).
  • Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., registrations, attendance, lead quality, ROI) to measure webinar performance.
  • Continuously optimize webinar campaigns based on data and insights.

Build and nurture webinar communities:

  • Leverage webinars to build and nurture relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Capture and distribute valuable content from webinars (e.g., recordings, presentations, white papers).
  • Foster engagement with attendees through follow-up communications and personalized outreach.

Innovate and iterate:

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and constantly innovate and test  
  • Continuously analyze and report on webinar performance and identify areas for improvement.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 5 years of experience in demand generation, with a strong focus on webinar marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing high-performing webinar programs.
  • Strong understanding of the webinar lifecycle, from planning and production to promotion and analysis.
  • Deep knowledge of the B2B buyer journey.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
