The Program Manager, Global Youth leads the project management to create and deliver effective and engaging learning experiences for our high school programs. The manager works closely with faculty, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to implement and evaluate programs that meet the needs and expectations of the learners and the organization.

* Lead the day-to-day operations of summer high school programs, ensuring all logistical aspects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
* Develop and manage program calendars, classroom reservations, housing/dining arrangements, to support program delivery.
* Supervise, hire, and onboard program staff, including seasonal instructors, teaching assistants, and student workers.
