Independent Living Clinic Nurse RN or LPN

Rolling Green Village is a not-for-profit retirement community with a 35 Year Track Record of Excellence and a 5-star nursing home rating – Quality Care. We are currently seeking hospitality minded full-time  Independent Living Clinic RN or LPN.  Monday-Friday

Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding care to our residents.

Responsibilities and Duties

Independent Living Nurse is an RN / LPN who is responsible to coordinate health services to independent residents.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

1. Physician assistance on clinic days. Make recommendations regarding needs of residents.
2. Coordinated resident clinic appointments and resident physician orders.
3. Run blood pressure clinic.
4. Coordinate supportive services.
5. Responds to lifeline emergency calls as needed.
6. Completes assessments on Independent residents prior to admission.
7. Floor duties as needed.

 

Qualifications and Skills

Requires valid RN/LPN license, CPR card and must pass a criminal background check, drug screen and physical.
