Position Summary

The Global Internal QARA Communications Manager will manage the internal communications strategy for our Global Quality Assurance and Regulatory Assurance (QARA) function to ensure consistent messaging, information cascading and high engagement levels. This role will report to the Senior Manager - Global Corporate Communications and will work closely with senior leaders across the Global QARA and Global Brand, Digital and Communication organisations. 

Principal Responsibilities

•    Contribute to our culture of making it fun, entrepreneurial spirit and building trust. 
•    Establish a long-term global QARA internal communications strategy in conjunction with Corporate VP Global QARA, Director Enterprise Excellence QARA, and other key QARA stakeholders.
•    Supports internal QARA stakeholders with any upcoming internal communications requirements and aligns the demand and frequency with corporate communications activities globally for optimal orchestration.
•    Contributes to QARA functional goals and priorities and orchestrates all types of communications/branding according to global brand and communications frameworks. 
•    Working with the Senior Manager - Global Corporate Communications on other key areas related to communications. 
•    Support the overall Global Brand, Digital and Communications function (corporate brand, customer facing digital, corporate internal and external communications) as appropriate. 
 

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Degree or equivalent in business, communications, or associated field.
•    5+ years professional experience including direct experience in internal communications, communication platforms, content creation, digital and other associated areas. 
 

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
•    Strong project management skills
•    Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
•    Ability to design reports, presentations that create understanding.
•    Ability to liaise and foster effective working relationships with key stakeholders.

Working Conditions / Physical Demands

Internal – Office environment and/or remote home office (hybrid work arrangement).  
External – Once permissible, the ability to travel to other Teleflex locations as needed, approx. 10%.
