Compensation: $100,000-$140,000 plus equity. Comprehensive benefits included.

Minimum Experience Required: 2-4 years of DevOps experience.

Powering Innovation at Altela: With $20 million in funding (check us out on Crunchbase!), Altela is scaling rapidly. We're looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to help us automate our infrastructure and streamline our deployment processes.

Your Role: As a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer, you'll be instrumental in enhancing our development workflows and ensuring the reliability of our systems. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality software faster and more efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes, ensuring rapid and reliable releases.

• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance while optimizing costs.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve development workflows and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Need:

• 2-4 years of DevOps experience with a strong understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure management.

• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform to manage containerized applications and automate infrastructure provisioning.

Bonus Points:

• AWS certification to validate your expertise in cloud services and architecture.

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana to ensure system reliability and performance.
