We are currently seeking an experienced part-time Executive Protection Agent with Paramedic Certification with high integrity and professionalism who can join our Executive Protection team here in the Bay Area. You will be working on uniquely assigned projects under the guidance of the Lead Executive Protection Agent with Paramedic Certification and Program Managers for our top Silicon Valley clients. In your part time role as an Executive Protection Agent with Paramedic Certification, you will be acting as a liaison between Surefox and its clients while providing medical support as authorized under your certification and all applicable state & federal regulations. You will perform all duties in accordance with client policies and procedures, and all state & federal regulations.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: responding to emergency events, medical & non-medical issues, integrating into security teams, evaluating hospitals and emergency services in various areas of operations, inspections and inventories of medical equipment, ordering medical supplies, medical training, providing medical consultation as authorized under state and federal regulations, and providing care as authorized under state and federal regulations to clients or security personnel. We are looking for someone who has exceptional observational skills and pays close attention to detail, someone who works independently on assignments and has the ability to liaise and coordinate with supporting or adjacent teams, agencies, or vendors to ensure client medical requirements are met in a timely and professional manner. The individual selected must be flexible and able to respond to dynamic situations with sound judgment as well as have the ability to perform their duties on a national and international level. The compensation for this position is $32.64 per hour

What you will do:
● Provide care in the prehospital environment as authorized under state and federal regulations
● Provide direction / consultation as authorized under state and federal regulations to clients and their security details
● Maintain and inventory the program’s medical equipment
● Order medical supplies and update expense reports accordingly
● Build medical travel plans for client and security team
● Work as part of the executive protection team with other personnel with paramedic certifications or independently, both domestically and internationally
● Effectively brief clients and coworkers on medical protocols and pertinent medical updates
● Conduct training classes on first aid and other medically related subjects for security personnel
● Assist with COVID-19 risk mitigation and contact tracing
● Develop relationships with clients, facilitate collaboration, and have the ability to influence informally across different departments within the team
● Track and report on program performance assurance and compliance requirements within the provided guidelines
● Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
● Provide assistance to employees and create a safe and friendly environment for visitors and clients in a professional manner
● Attend project meetings upon request to assess the medical implications of proposed changes
● Work independently and adapt to various work paces while always maintaining a high-level of attentiveness and energy
● Responsible for client and family safety, as well as safeguarding client assets

● Watch for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site
● Contact the police or fire department if and when required during an emergency

● Operate motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner
● Maintain up to date knowledge of local emergency services, routes, and points of interest within a given area of responsibility
● Operate in a low profile, low footprint capacity
● Maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance
● Follow Executive Protection Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines

● Comply with Surefox Policy and Procedures
● Ensure all assigned equipment and work locations remain clean and in an orderly condition
