Deputy Executive Director

In this volunteer leadership role, you will help guide strategic growth and operational execution within a mission-driven, nationwide civic technology organization focused on strengthening democratic participation. You will work closely with senior leadership to support fundraising strategy, organizational systems, and program effectiveness across key operational areas. The role combines high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution, particularly in fundraising initiatives such as grants, individual giving, and donor engagement. You will contribute to strengthening partnerships, improving program measurement, and ensuring alignment between mission goals and operational delivery. Operating in a fully remote and collaborative environment, you will help scale impact while supporting a distributed volunteer team.
