OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Project Scheduler for our project in Cincinnati, OH.

Join our dynamic team working on two of the Midwest's most significant infrastructure projects: the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor, a multibillion initiative enhancing miles of I-71/I-75 between Kentucky and Ohio, and the Western Hills Viaduct Replacement, a critical link connecting Cincinnati's West Side to downtown.

As an Entry-Level Scheduler, you'll be integral to the planning and execution phases, gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather scheduling data.
  • Support the preparation of schedule updates and progress reports.
  • Participate in internal scheduling meetings and training sessions.
  • Utilize tools like Excel, Procore, Autodesk, Revu, Smartsheet, and TILOS for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Primavera P6 is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to pursue certifications such as PMI-SP or PSP within a reasonable timeframe.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for a bonus and other benefits.
