Sitting at the intersection of business and technology, the Aladdin Product Management team works closely with developers, researchers, and other stakeholders to innovate, conceptualize, design and pilot new capabilities across the investment lifecycle. As a Senior Product Manager, you will have a positive impact on developing the product vision and leading day to day execution of the roadmap. There are many strategic areas that need exploration, evaluation, and prioritization, while in parallel ensuring that the tactical needs for continuing to deliver the product are met.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strategy & planning: developing Aladdin strategy, objectives, and priorities; identifying and measuring success metrics for the organization
• Governance: establishing and executing frameworks and processes to create accountability and deliver upon our objectives as a team and for clients
• Data analysis: working with large business management data sets to uncover insights and enable organizational outcomes
• Project management: managing and tracking large scale projects across cross-functional teams
• Leadership support: preparing ad hoc analysis & presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders to support decision making
• Innovation: driving innovation by identifying new opportunities to improve efficiency across the team

Skills / Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Experience in COO/operations, strategy, and/or business management functions
• Expert in excel and powerpoint, including building executive-level presentations
• Expert at synthesizing data to tell a story
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Adept at change management
• Ability to work horizontally across many stakeholders to influence & reach consensus
• Interested in technology; knowledge of Aladdin a plus

 

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
