Rothe is seeking an Integration, Measurement, Performance and Compliance Team (IMPACT) Manager to provide contract wide integration, process and product integration, and overall quality management services for the entire contract in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. eMITS is the Agency’s enterprise-level contract creating and delivering multimedia and technical communications using the internet, digital platforms, and IT management for NASA’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and Office of Communications (OCOMM). From photographing rocket launches and recoveries, to producing engaging videos, to information technology management, to using social media to share NASA’s message, eMITS integrates services for NASA IT and provides NASA’s communication to the outside world. Salary:  $116,359.42 - $187,588.27  

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Integration, Measurement, Performance and Compliance Team (IMPACT) manager position is within the Program Management office and reports to the eMITS Program Manager (PM). In this role the IMPACT manager has support from three direct reports and acts as an experienced SME regarding federal NASA contract compliance, governance, relationships, integration, and audits; represents the program at NASA boards; chairs the program’s quality management meetings; leads program information security and program IT systems developments. This role is one of the collaborative senior advisors within the PMO and coordinates our quality delivery of services with the program’s business manager, transformation manager, service delivery directors and safety and health officer at the direction of the PM. The IMPACT actively participates in weekly senior leadership staff meetings. The IMPACT owns the program’s contract compliance, contract integration and quality management function and acts as one of the senior members of the program’s PMO team on this NASA agency-wide contract of 670+ technical personnel on 500+ work packages that support to the OCIO and OCOMM at all ten NASA centers. This position may be remote.
