Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with deep experience in Adobe Experience Manager AEM and a strong background in managing complex enterprise level digital projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross functional teams managing budgets and resources and delivering high impact solutions Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target is preferred and familiarity with the insurance domain is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership Delivery:
Lead the planning execution and delivery of largescale AEM based digital projects
Define project scope timelines resource plans and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
Manage risks dependencies and change control processes to ensure successful delivery

Resourcing Budget Management:
Develop and manage detailed resource plans ensuring optimal allocation across internal teams and vendors
Track and manage project budgets forecasts and actuals ensuring financial alignment with program goals
Work with procurement and finance teams to manage contracts SOWs and vendor relationships

Adobe Experience Cloud Oversight:
Oversee implementation and integration of Adobe Experience Manager AEM across web platforms
Coordinate with technical teams on Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target setup and optimization
Ensure Adobe solutions are aligned with business goals and customer experience strategies

Team Stakeholder Management:
Lead cross functional teams including developers QA UX business analysts and external vendors
Facilitate communication between technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Drive Agile ceremonies sprint planning and retrospectives to maintain project momentum

Reporting Governance:
Provide regular executive level reporting on project status risks milestones and financials
Maintain dashboards and documentation for transparency and audit readiness
Ensure adherence to project governance compliance and delivery standards

Required Qualifications:
15 to 18 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in technical project management roles
Strong experience managing AEM based projects and working with Adobe Experience Cloud tools
Proven ability to lead large complex digital initiatives with multiple stakeholders and teams
Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks
Experience managing project budgets resource planning and vendor coordination
Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target implementations
Background in the insurance domain or other regulated industries
PMP PMIACP or Scrum Master certification
Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure and DevOps practices
