JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Senior Operations and Financial Analyst- Owned Asset Support supports the execution of strategies for achieving operational excellence by generating and analyzing reports on the Company’s performance, and providing management and others with data and input to formulate strategies, programs, and actions for improving operating and financial results.

This role involves overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to ensure the organization maximizes the value of its data assets. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Leads and/or participates in project teams to implement process improvements and programs targeted to increase revenue, reduce costs, promote efficiencies, and improve the overall performance of the assigned portfolio
• Supports the development and implementation of new applications, programs, and other innovative business practices that drive increased revenue, client/customer satisfaction, efficiencies, and overall process improvements, and provides operational support to ensure the continued success of these efforts.
• Monthly and/or quarterly performance analysis and reporting to senior management and/or client(s) regarding financial performance 
• Experience with Entrata, Yardi 7S and Microsoft Office applications are highly preferred for this role.
   

Analysis and Reporting:

• Develops a full and detailed understanding of data available across the function as well as enterprise including familiarity with all internal and external systems involved in maintaining data.
• Extracts and combines information from various data sources and delivers ad-hoc and scheduled complex reports to a variety of internal and external customers in a timely manner.
• Design and execute complex data analyses to support business decisions.
• Leverages advanced business intelligence and reporting tools to design, develop and deliver dashboards and dynamic reports for business leaders to aid in the process of identifying and improving key metrics and trends.
• Supports functionally specific business processes as well as various programs and projects that require sophisticated reporting analytics.
• Maintains data integrity and compliance by running reports, auditing and analyzing information and troubleshooting errors.
   

Innovation and Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics.
• Identify and implement new tools and methodologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes and outcomes.

Business Forecasting:

• Budget and reforecast Property Management Fee revenue.
• Monitor monthly financials for accuracy.
• Seeks opportunities for synergy, improvement, simplification and automation of existing processes and reporting.
• Work closely with operations to compile & present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
   

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years' experience in analyst position.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Dax, Excel, etc.).
